Class Description
We’re teaming up with Monarch Grove Elementary to help send their 5th graders to science camp! Join us for an energizing Sculpt & Flow class and do a little good while you get your sweat on. A $25 (minimum) drop-in gets you in The Lab, and every dollar goes straight to the kids’ camp fund - because around here, we believe in experimenting, discovering, and growing… on and off the mat.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions purchased are non-refundable. The Yoga Lab prefers to remain a cash-free establishment. If you need to make a purchase with cash, please email us at hello@centralcoastyogalab.com. We ask that you cancel at least 1 hour prior to the session start time. Sessions are non-refundable. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors lock promptly at the start time and we do not allow late entry. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show.
