Strong from the Inside Out



Class Description

This 4-week series is for women in all stages of life — whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or simply ready to reconnect to your body from the inside out. Led by Corlese Todd, this supportive program blends functional strength training, diaphragmatic breathing, and gentle stretching to help you: • Rebuild core and pelvic floor strength • Learn safe + effective movement patterns for workouts and yoga • Understand diastasis recti and other common issues • Improve mobility, posture, and confidence Attend full 4-week series, or sign up for a single session.


Cancellation Policy

All sessions purchased are non-refundable. The Yoga Lab prefers to remain a cash-free establishment. If you need to make a purchase with cash, please email us at hello@centralcoastyogalab.com. We ask that you cancel at least 1 hour prior to the session start time. Sessions are non-refundable. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors lock promptly at the start time and we do not allow late entry. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show.
