Absolutely. Our teachers are here to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re a lifelong athlete or haven’t broken a sweat since high school PE. We design our classes to be both approachable and challenging, so you can make the most of your time on the mat. Whether your goal is strength, flexibility, stress relief, or just feeling better in your body, there’s a class for you.
Just bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Wear light, comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. Some folks like a towel over their mat—especially in heated classes—but that’s totally optional.
Need gear? We’ve got mats, towels, and other essentials available to rent or buy at the studio.
If you’ve been cleared by your healthcare provider, we’d love to support you. All of our classes are scalable, and we offer plenty of props and variations to help you move safely. Just give your teacher a heads-up before class so we can offer guidance.
