The Flow Lab is a Vinyasa-style class focused on the flow of breath and movement. Sequences will be creative, free-flowing, and dynamic with music to propel you through this moving meditation. This class provides a supportive environment where you can explore the foundations of Power Vinyasa Yoga AND sprinkles of more challenging postures. Modifications and variations of poses will be offered to ensure that everyone can participate and progress at their comfort level. Be ready to dive deeper into your practice and explore yoga physically, mentally, and spiritually. Offering non-heated and heated classes (80-85° 🔥 or 85-90° 🔥🔥).

The Hot 26 is a therapeutic, no-flow Hatha-style class featuring a set sequence of 26 postures designed to build strength, enhance balance, and improve flexibility. This slower-paced format emphasizes longer holds and alignment to support joint health, mobility, and mental clarity. By working beyond your active range of motion, Hot 26 helps increase passive flexibility and overall resilience. Props and variations make it accessible to all levels, with soft music and candlelight creating a calm, focused experience. Always heated to 95° 🔥🔥🔥.

Sculpt & Flow Lab is a uniquely crafted class that combines a power yoga flow with cardio bursts, hand-held weights and strength training to strengthen and sculpt your body AND mind! Set to energetic and upbeat music, this yoga-inspired HIIT-style fitness class features basic yoga flows that transform into weighted exercises and cardio that will push you to your edge. Low-impact moves and other variations will be offered to ensure everyone can participate and progress. Be prepared to get motivated, inspired, and energized! Offering non-heated and heated classes (80-85° 🔥).

Unwind and restore in this Yin-inspired class designed to recalibrate your body’s internal systems and support long-term joint and tissue health. Using sustained, low-intensity stretches and breath awareness, we target the fascia—the body’s connective web—to improve mobility, circulation, and overall resilience. With the help of props, you’ll explore gentle stress and release cycles that enhance recovery and calm the nervous system. This meditative practice is ideal for beginners, those returning to their yoga journey, or anyone seeking balance and stillness. Offered in a non-heated, gently warmed room. Please bring a mat and blanket—props and eye masks are provided.
