Cancellation Policy

You will need to purchase a membership, class card, or single drop-in on our website or mobile app in order to attend a class. Once you’ve purchased a session or plan, you can then book your class. You’ll be prompted to “Confirm & Pay” or "Place Order" every time you book, but rest assured the class will be deducted from your already purchased plan. A card on file is required for auto-renew memberships and to help keep things simple. Nothing is charged without your consent unless it's part of our policies. The Yoga Lab prefers to remain a cash-free establishment. If you need to make a purchase with cash, please email us at hello@centralcoastyogalab.com. Please Pre-Register for class using our website or mobile app. Classes are available to book 1 week in advance. Cancellation Policy: We ask that you cancel at least 1 hour prior to the class start time to allow space for others to join. If you miss this window, please call, text, or email us to be removed from class. While there is no fee for late cancellations or no-shows, we strongly encourage you to show up for what you’ve committed to. It helps keep our schedule flowing smoothly and supports your personal discipline and growth. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors lock promptly at the start time and we do not allow late entry. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show. If you’re on the waitlist, make sure text and email notifications are enabled. Once notified that you've been added to class, you'll have 1 hour to confirm your spot.
