What inspired you to start teaching?

I grew up in dance classes for 14 years, so when I took my first barre class, I felt incredibly drawn to this style of movement. Since earning my barre certification in February, I have spent time learning Sculpt and Strength style modalities and have developed a deep love and appreciation for movement. It helps that my mom is a spin instructor.

More about me...

What can students expect from your classes?

I spend a lot of time creating a fun playlist, so you can expect motivating music. I feel incredibly honored to be able to move with a class, so expect a challenging class with plenty of encouragement!

What’s your favorite part of class and why?

My favorite part of class is thigh work at the barre, especially with the ball. The ball is my favorite prop. I think thighs at the barre is the best place to build endurance and get the “barre shakes,” it's a fun time!

What’s your teaching superpower?

I think a fun workout is just as important as a hard one, so my teaching superpower is fun encouragement and a class that makes you want to come back for more.

What’s one fun or quirky fact about you that most people don’t know?

I love Gordon Ramsay

What lights you up outside the studio?

I love taking my friend’s dog on walks along the Bob Jones Trail. I love tending my garden and cooking with my little harvests. I love spending time with my cats and watching Hell’s Kitchen.
