We want you to love what you take home from the studio. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle it:
Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition to be eligible.
Final Sale Items The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return Bring the item(s) to the studio along with your original receipt or proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to help you with an exchange or store credit.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please bring it to us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
