What inspired you to start practicing yoga?
I started practicing yoga in college because I was fascinated by inversions and arm balances. What kept coming me back, though, was discovering the breath-to-movement connection that allowed my mind to slow down and be present. Yoga became a space where I felt grounded, cared for, and supported in both my mind and body.
More about me...
What can students expect from your classes?
My goal is for every student, no matter their experience, to walk out feeling stronger, accomplished, and more connected to their body. I aim to hold classes that are empowering, but most importantly, fun!
What’s your favorite (or least favorite) yoga pose and why?
My favorite pose is supine twist. It’s my favorite way to start and end class!
What’s your yoga teaching superpower?
My superpower is creating an environment where people feel both motivated and supported. I love offering cues that help students find what works best for their body while still having fun. I bring positivity, playfulness, and encouragement — especially when things get spicy.
What’s one fun or quirky fact about you that most people don’t know?
A fun fact is that my dog gets excited when the yoga mat comes out — he thinks it means it’s time for play. His enthusiasm is honestly my favorite pre‑class hype when I practice at home.
What lights you up outside the studio?
Outside the studio, I love spending time with my dog, exploring new coffee spots, and staying active. I’m also balancing a full‑time career in another field, so movement has become my favorite way to recharge and find joy.
