Gentle Yoga & Journaling Workshop



Class Description

Enjoy a mindful progression of gentle yoga asana and pranayama practices to clear space for new possibilities, interspersed with intentional journaling exercises for reflection and connection. All levels welcome.


Cancellation Policy

We recommend pre-registering for this workshop to guarantee your spot, although walk-ins will be welcome on the day of, space permitting. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors will be locked promptly at the start time, and late entry is not permitted. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given. If you’re on the waitlist, be sure that your text and email notifications are enabled. Once you’re notified that you’ve been added to the workshop, you’ll have 1 hour to confirm your spot before it’s offered to the next person.
