What inspired you to start practicing yoga?
Yoga came into my life as a way to reconnect with myself. Using breath and movement as an anchor, it helped me feel grounded and find a home within myself—on and off the mat.
More about me...
What can students expect from your classes?
My classes offer a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and move with intention. You’ll leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and more present.

What’s your favorite (or least favorite) yoga pose and why?
Wild Thing is my favorite because it opens the heart, lifts the spirit, and reminds me to play and take up space—on and off the mat. It’s a joyful, freeing pose that always brings a smile.

What’s your yoga teaching superpower?
Helping students melt into their mats—wobbles, giggles, and sighs included—softening tension, opening hearts, and sprinkling in a little sneaky bliss along the way.

What’s one fun or quirky fact about you that most people don’t know?
Pretty sure I could befriend any animal—even the scary ones. I 100% believe I could charm a lion into being my cuddle buddy. But.. that probably wouldn’t shock anyone who knows me. Lol

What lights you up outside the studio?
I love the big adventures, like traveling, but I try to romanticize the little moments too—sipping morning coffee, spending time with my dogs, soaking in quiet walks, and savoring sunsets.
