What inspired you to start practicing yoga?

I found yoga one day through pure curiosity, and what began as an exploration of movement slowly unfolded into a way to feel more grounded and at peace. Yoga became a meaningful part of my healing, helping me soften anxiety and feel more present, spacious, and at home in my body.

More about me...

What can students expect from your classes?

My classes offer a warm, supportive container for uplifting, mindful movement. I aim to invite every person, in every body, to move with curiosity, awareness, and intention.

What’s your favorite (or least favorite) yoga pose and why?

My favorite pose has always been Savasana. Lying in stillness after focus and movement is deeply nourishing, and it’s where so much integration happens. The contrast feels incredible and it’s honestly my favorite part of practice.

What’s your yoga teaching superpower?

Holding space with an open heart—keeping classes light and flowing while encouraging students to explore their edge and honor their authentic expression. My intention is for everyone to feel supported yet challenged, and comfortable to show up as they are.

What’s one fun or quirky fact about you that most people don’t know?

Hmmm...

What lights you up outside the studio?

I love traveling internationally and learning about different cultures. I love immersing myself in nature: gazing into the sunset, dipping in flowing water, and soaking in natural hot springs. I’m passionate about design and music, and I especially love a cozy moment with a hot matcha latte.
